Pastor H. J. McCoy  has been happily married for 50 Years to his the Former Dianne Yvonne Carter. They have 2 Children and 7 Grand Children.

After a military career as a Combat Medic He became an energetic, visionary, certified, hands on project manager with progressive experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management and Capability Maturity Model disciplines;  Over 15 years of enterprise wide Workflow Project Management experience; Expertise is broad in scope, including telecommunications, computer operations and administration, as well as business and medical application of information technology. Accomplished in project development, implementation and evaluation; team building, configuration management, continuous quality improvement and performance improvement processes.
